Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
At Wildflower PT & Wellness, we believe pelvic health is essential to your overall well-being. Our specialized pelvic health physical therapy program helps you address the root cause of symptoms like pelvic pain, incontinence, and core weakness so you can return to the activities you love — without fear, discomfort, or limitations.
Who We Help
-

Pregnancy
Pregnancy is a time of tremendous change for your body, and your pelvic floor plays a critical role in supporting you throughout those months. At Wildflower PT & Wellness, we help pregnant women manage pelvic pain, hip or low back discomfort, sciatica, and pressure in the pelvic area. We also work on pelvic floor and core strengthening during pregnancy to prepare your body for birth and reduce the risk of issues like diastasis recti and urinary leakage later on. Our approach is safe for every trimester and tailored to your needs — whether you want to stay active during pregnancy, ease discomfort, or prepare your pelvic floor for a smoother birth and recovery.
-

Postpartum
Whether you are weeks, months, or even years postpartum, pelvic health physical therapy can help restore strength, function, and comfort. We work with women recovering from vaginal births and C-sections, addressing symptoms such as urinary incontinence, pelvic heaviness or prolapse symptoms, core weakness, and pain with intimacy. Many women are told that postpartum issues are “normal” and just something to live with — but we know you can heal and return to the activities you love. Our postpartum pelvic floor therapy combines gentle, targeted exercises with hands-on techniques to rebuild core and pelvic floor function, reduce pain, and give you confidence in your body again.

All Stages of Life
Pelvic floor dysfunction can happen at any age — it’s not just a pregnancy or postpartum concern. We treat women experiencing pelvic pain, urinary leakage, post-surgical pain, pelvic pressure or prolapse symptoms, and core weakness at every stage of life, including perimenopause and menopause. We also help athletes and active women manage pelvic floor issues that interfere with performance, as well as those recovering from pelvic surgery. No matter your age or activity level, we offer private, one-on-one sessions that focus on your goals and restore pelvic health so you can move through life without pain, fear, or limitations.
